This has been such a whirlwind. As it is for a lot of people, December is a busy time. With my brass band activities as well as year-end/year begin at work happening at the end of November/beginning of December, it’s a bit crazy.

We’ve had a call from our s/w about some meetings in January/February.

25th January we’ll meet with C’s foster carer, school, and counsellor. Then on 10th February we’ll go to Matching Panel.

Before then, though, we’re on holiday for 3 weeks. And our s/w indicates that we need to “do some work” before Matching Panel. Evidently we need to present a case about why we would be a good match for C.

For now, though, I’ll just get through Christmas and our long holiday in the States.
